Alea Announces Re-Domiciliation of Alea Europe Ltd. from Switzerland to Bermuda 
and Amalgamation with Alea (Bermuda) Ltd. 
 
 
 
 
HAMILTON, Bermuda - Alea Group Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd. ('Alea' or 'the Group') 
today announced that its Swiss subsidiary, Alea Europe Ltd., has 
re-domiciled/continued into Bermuda and has amalgamated/merged into Alea 
(Bermuda) Ltd. The re-domiciliation/continuance and amalgamation/merger were 
completed following approvals from the Swiss Financial Market Authority 
("FINMA"), the Bermuda Monetary Authority ("BMA") and the Bermuda Registrar of 
Companies ("ROC"). 
 
 
Through Alea Services AG, Alea will maintain a presence in Switzerland and will 
provide claims handling services for the reinsurance reserves previously held by 
Alea Europe Ltd. 
 
 
Mark Cloutier, Chief Executive Officer, commented, "The consolidation of Alea
