    Sub: Financial Results

    We are enclosing the Unaudited Financial Results - Stand Alone and Consolidated - in respect of the Company's working for the second
quarter April / June 2008 and for the half year January / June 2008 which have been reviewed by the Auditors. The text of the said statement
was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today and the same was taken on record. 

    The Board of Directors has approved payment of interim dividend at the rate of Rs. 10/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each. As informed
vide our letter dated 16th July 2008, the record date for the purpose of payment of the interim dividend would be 1st August 2008. The
dividend will be paid on and from 12th August 2008.
