Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 28 June 2006 (the "A Notes Final Terms") relating to the issue
by Sveriges Bostadsfinansieringsaktiebolag, SBAB (publ) of SEK700,000,000 Fixed
to Floating Rate Capital Contribution Securities (the "A Notes") pursuant to its
U.S.$11,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

Final Terms dated 28 June 2006 (the "B Notes Final Terms" and, together with the
A Notes Final Terms, the "Final Terms") relating to the issue by Sveriges
Bostadsfinansieringsaktiebolag, SBAB (publ) of SEK300,000,000 Floating Rate
Capital Contribution Securities (the "B Notes") pursuant to the Programme.

The A Notes Final Terms contain the final terms of the A Notes. The B Notes
Final Terms contain the final terms of the B Notes.  Each of the A Notes Final
Terms and the B Notes Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the Offering
Circular dated 18 October 2005 relating to the Programme, as supplemented by
Supplementary Offering Circulars dated 29 March 2006 and 16 June 2006 (together,
the "Offering Circular").  The Offering Circular constitutes a base prospectus
for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC.  Full information on
Sveriges Bostadsfinansieringsaktiebolag, SBAB (publ) and the offers of the A
Notes and the B Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the
Offering Circular and the A Notes Final Terms and the B Notes Final Terms,
respectively.
