POTENTIAL DISPOSAL OF THE BUSINESS OF AQUILO MOTOR SERVICES LTD



Aquilo plc today announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with
a major UK plc in relation to the disposal of the business of Aquilo Motor 
Services Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company.

This follows an announcement on 22 November 2006 that the Board of Aquilo was
continuing negotiations with certain parties which may or may not lead to 
acquisitions of one or more subsidiaries of the Company.



Professor Kevin Keasey, Aquilo Chairman said, "We are pleased to have a proposed
deal which, if it completes, will benefit all the stakeholders of the Company, 
offering continuity of business and financial stability".



A further announcement will be made once terms of the transaction are agreed.
