    Acuity VCT 2 Plc announces that on 29 August 2008 the Company purchased 356,120 ordinary shares of 1p each for cancellation representing
1.09% of the issued share capital at a price of 78 pence per share.
    Following this transaction the Company now has 31,626,320 ordinary shares of 1p each and 777,589 C shares of 1p each in issue.
