Announcement of Top Up Offer 
The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce the extension of 
the Top Up Offer of up to 2,450,000 New Ordinary Shares in Acuity Growth VCT 
Plc. The Offer Price will be determined by reference to the last published net 
asset value of an Ordinary Share of the Company at the time of issue. 
The Offer in respect of the 2010/11 tax year will be extended until the 15 
September 2010 and reviewed at that date.
