Schiphol Group has today announced that at the request of the non-executive
Supervisory Board Ms. M.E. van Lier Lels has relinquished her position as Chief
Operating Officer effective

2 January 2005,  now that a difference of opinion has arisen on the policy to be
pursued.



The Supervisory Board appreciates the efforts Ms. Van Lier Lels has undertaken
over the past four years on behalf of Schiphol Group Her operational duties will
be fulfilled on an interim basis by Schiphol Group's President & CEO Mr.  G.J.
Cerfontaine and her commercial duties

by Mr. P.M Verboom, Schiphol Group's Chief Financial Officer.



The Supervisory Board and Board of Management have meanwhile initiated the
procedure to seek a successor.
