           Fire equipment contract secured valued in excess of #1.1m



The Company is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, AS Fire &
Rescue Equipment Limited, has won an order valued in excess of #1.1m. The order
is to supply 109 vehicle equipment sets for new London Fire Brigade appliances.
The equipment includes beam gantries, roller shutters and tool mounts due for
delivery during the current financial year.


Tony O'Neill, Chief Executive of the Asfare Group said: 'This is the largest
single order the business has ever won, illustrating our continued commitment to
deliver high quality products to the fire industry. The order takes the combined
order book and sales for the year to date to #3.0m, which represents more than
60% of the entire sales for the year ended 31st March 2006 and is an excellent
foundation for the financial year ahead.'
