                       AIRBATH GROUP PLC (THE "COMPANY")


                            PROPOSED DE-LISTING


Further to the announcement made on 18 May 2005, a special resolution approving
the proposed cancellation of the admission to AIM of the Company's ordinary
shares of 1p each was passed at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company 
held earlier today.

It is anticipated that the cancellation will take effect at 8.00am on Tuesday,
21 June 2005.
