The Company announces that it received notification today that FMR Corp. and
its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International Limited (FIL)
and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, both being non beneficial-holders,
hold 9,125,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 4.92 per cent. of
the issued voting share capital of Adwalker. These shares are registered in the
name Mellon Bank NA.
