                  Announcement of extension of debt facilities 
 
Further to previous announcements regarding the future funding and capital 
structure of the Company, the Board is pleased to announce the extension of its 
debt facilities. The Company's current facilities remain on the same terms as 
previously announced save that the next review date is now 28 February 2010. 
 
 
The Board anticipates that another update will be provided in February. 
 
 
As announced separately today, Evolution Securities have been appointed joint 
brokers to the Company.
