Alexon Group PLC (the "Company") 
Grant of Performance Share Plan Share Awards 
On 30 July 2010, the Company granted awards ("Awards") to PDMRs over Ordinary 
Shares of 12.5 pence each under the terms of the Alexon Group 2002 Performance 
Share Plan. 
The Awards are structured as nil cost share options which are normally 
exercisable from 30 July 2013 to 30 January 2014 but only to the extent that 
certain performance targets, based on the Company's earnings per share for the 
2012/2013 financial year are met.
