Anglesey Mining plc announces that a further 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 5 
pence each were admitted to the offical list on 4 June 1998.

These shares were issued to Intermine Limited in connection with the 
settlement of litigation which had been taken by Intermine against the 
company.
