                 Change in Significant Share Holding

Aztec has been informed today by FMR Corp and Fidelity International Limited
that, following the issue of 77,777,778 fully paid ordinary shares by Aztec to
Australian Royalties Corporation Pty Ltd as announced on 24 October 2006, FMR
Corp and Fidelity International Limited's shareholding of 53,923,318 ordinary
shares (which has not changed since the previous notification made on 30 August
2006) now represents 4.81% of the issued share capital of Aztec.
