    BB HOLDINGS LIMITED ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR'S ACQUISITION OF SHARES

Belize City, Belize, December 29, 2008 - BB Holdings Limited (London - AIM: BBHL) (the "Company") has been notified that Philip Osborne, a
director and company secretary of the Company, has acquired the beneficial ownership of 150 ordinary shares in the Company at an average
price of �1.58 per share.

His total beneficial holding in the Company following this acquisition increased to 151,415 ordinary shares representing 0.3 per cent. of
the total issued share capital.
