IQ-Ludorum plc and Betcorp Extend Relationship

London, 20 April 2006: IQ-Ludorum ("IQL" or "the Company"), the only
single-source provider of real time gaming software and electronic payment
processing to the gaming industry, today announces it has entered into an
agreement to sell a copy of its proprietary IQ-Softtech Sportsbook source code
to Betcorp Limited ("Betcorp"), for a sum equivalent to three years annual
licence fee.

Softtech is proprietary Windows-based software that provides gaming operators
with an end-to-end software solution for every aspect of the day-to-day
management of a call centre and Internet sportsbook. Betcorp has used
IQ-Softtech for 5 years pursuant to a licensing agreement.

Following this software acquisition, IQL anticipates Betcorp will continue to
utilise IQ-Softtech for an extended period into the future. IQL also intends to
offer Betcorp secured payment solutions as part of the ongoing business
relationship. IQL charges transaction fees for payment solutions, which generate
recurring fee income for the Company that is tied to wagering volume. Betcorp's
operating affiliate in Antigua, Tasman Gaming operates a leading Internet gaming
site at www.betwwts.com.

IQL has a suite of Internet gaming software, including IQ-Softtech, the second
sportsbook software product developed by the Company. Betcorp has been on this
platform for over five years and its strong internal development and IT function
has already made considerable investment in peripheral software and bolt-on
products around this IQL system.

Both IQL and Betcorp have significant Antiguan operations and will continue to
work closely together.
