Berkeley Technology Limited's issued capital, which remains unchanged, consists 
of 64,439,073 ordinary shares with voting rights.

64,439,073 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations 
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, 
or a change to their interest in, Berkeley Technology Limited under the UK 
Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
