Cheuvreux International Limited has an interest in 1,364,713 shares representing
7.035% of the Company's issued share capital.


The shares are registered in the name of Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International
Limited. BKN were informed that by virtue of Section 21, Subsection 1 of the
German Securities Trading Act, the following companies also have an interest in
these shares:-
