    Holdings in Company

    BKN was today notified that on 3 July 2008 Newedge Group (UK Branch) acquired 1,364,713 shares representing 7.04% of the Company's
issued share capital. 

    The Company was also notified today that, Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited ("Credit Agricole") no longer has an interest
in the Company's issued share capital.  The shares disposed of by Credit Agricole were registered in the name of Credit Agricole but by
virtue of Section 21, Subsection 1 of the German Securities Trading Act, the following companies also had an interest in the shares disposed
of:

    *     Crit Agricole SA
    *     Calyon
    *     Crit Agricole Cheuvreux SA
