Two Shields Investments plc is pleased to announce that BrandShield Limited's ("BrandShield") Chief Executive, Yoav Keren and Two Shields' Non-Executive Director, John Taylor will provide a live investor presentation via the Investor Meet Company (IMC) platform on 18 November 2020 at 12.30pm.

Two Shields, the AIM-quoted investment company announced yesterday that it has conditionally agreed to acquire BrandShield. The Admission document was published and circulated to shareholders yesterday. It has been proposed to change the Company's name from Two Shields Investments plc to BrandShield Systems Plc to re ect the business of the Enlarged Group. Subject to shareholders' approval at a general meeting scheduled for 27 November, admission will become effective, and dealings in the Enlarged Ordinary Share Capital, will commence on AIM on or around 1 December 2020.

BrandShield provides an end-to-end digital brand protection and online threat hunting service to protect its customers from the nancial costs and reputational damage suffered from phishing attacks, online fraud, executive impersonation or the sale of counterfeit goods online.

   --    The online presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. 

-- Questions can be submitted pre-event via your IMC dashboard up to 9.00 am the day before the meeting or any time during the live presentation via the "Ask a Question" function. Although the Company may not be in a position to answer every question it receives, it will address the most prominent within the confines of information already disclosed to the market. Responses to the Q&A from the live presentation will be published at the earliest opportunity on the Investor Meet Company platform.

-- Investor feedback can also be submitted directly to management post-event to ensure the Company can understand the views of all elements of its shareholder base.
