                                Director Change

Bright Futures announces that the finance director, Lance Hickman, will be
leaving the Board with immediate effect. The Board would like to express its
appreciation to Lance for his valuable contribution to the development of the
Company, which the Board believes is now well positioned for further growth, 
and we wish him well in the future.

To ensure an effective handover, Lance will continue as a consultant to the
Company for three months whilst a replacement is sought.
