SHARE PURCHASE

The Company was informed on 2 April 2002 that Yorkshire Fund Managers Limited 
("YFM"), the Company's Investment Adviser, has purchased 62,511 ordinary 10p
shares at a price of 80p per share. YFM is now interested in approximately 0.45
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

One of the directors of the Company is also a director of YFM.
