Appointment of Advisers

Bristol & London PLC (the "Company")

The Company notes the announcement made earlier this week by its nominated
adviser and broker, Rowan Dartington & Co.  The Board can confirm that it is in discussions
with alternative advisers.

The Board also announces the resignation of Christopher Rowlands as a
non-executive director with immediate effect.  A further announcement as to the
appointment of another non-executive and replacement advisers will be made in
due course.
