In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 28 February 2023, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 347,216,744 Ordinary 50p shares with voting rights.

The change from 347,213,857 Ordinary 50p shares on 28 February 2023 is due to the issue of 2,887 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.

Vistry Group PLC holds 1,500,000 shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 345,716,744.
