according to article 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Regulation: 
 
15 February 2012 - Full Year 2011 Financial Results Announcement 
 
15 February 2012 - Conference Call with Financial Analysts on Full Year 2011 
Financial Results 
 
23 March 2012 - Publication of Audited Full Year 2011 Financial Results 
 
 
25 June 2012 - Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 
 
1 August 2012 - Ex-capital return date of euro 0.34 per share 
 
3 August 2012 - Date of determination of capital return beneficiaries (Record 
date) 
 
8 August 2012 - Capital return payment date 
 
The proposed capital return is subject to Annual General Meeting approval, 
scheduled to take place on 25 June 2012.
