Announces the publication of the Statutory Annual Report for
2012
Athens, Greece - 4 March 2013 - Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling
Company S.A. ("Coca-Cola Hellenic", "Company") announces the
publication of the Statutory Annual Report for 2012 which was
prepared in accordance with article 4 of Law 3556/2007.
The Statutory Annual Report has been filed with the Hellenic
Capital Market Commission and is available on the Athens Exchange
website at www.ase.grand on the Company's website at
www.coca-colahellenic.com.
The Statutory Annual Report includes the audit opinion of its
independent auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers S.A., on the Group's
consolidated IFRS financial statements as well as the Parent
Company's IFRS financial statements.
