Announcement of shareholder's notification pursuant to Greek Law 3556/2007 and 3340/2005, HCMC Decisions 1/434/3.7.2005, 3/347/12.7.2005 and HCMC Circular No.33

Athens, Greece - 7 March 2013 - Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. ( "Coca-Cola Hellenic") announces that it received today a notification under Greek law 3556/2007 by Truad Verwaltungs AG in its capacity as professional trustee of a private discretionary trust established for the primary benefit of the present and future members of the family of the late Anastasios George Leventis (the "Trust") to the following effect:

Truad Verwaltungs AG holds indirectly 85,355,019 shares and voting rights which correspond to 23.28% of the total number of shares and voting rights of Coca-Cola Hellenic; these shares and voting rights are included in the Trust's assets and controlled by Truad Verwaltungs AG through a chain of fully-owned subsidiaries in the following order: Torval Investment Corp., Lavonos Ltd., Boval Limited and Boval S.A.. The latter owns 92.185% of Kar-Tess Holding's issued share capital, which holds directly the aforementioned number of shares and voting rights in Coca-Cola Hellenic. There is no person who controls (within the meaning of Greek law 3556/2007) Truad Verwaltungs AG.

Truad Verwaltungs AG's indirect control (within the meaning of Greek law 3556/ 2007) over the voting rights that Boval S.A. and Kar-Tess Holding disclosed from time to time as being controlled by them directly or indirectly in Coca-Cola Hellenic existed already prior to 2000 (according to the most recent disclosure of law 3556/2007 which was published on 7/12/2010, Kar-Tess Holding held directly a percentage of 23.31% of the total number of shares and voting rights in Coca-Cola Hellenic).


Finally, it is noted that under Greek law 3556/2007, Coca-Cola HBC AG, a 100%
subsidiary of Kar-Tess Holding, is deemed to be a party acting in concert with
Kar-Tess Holding and the above entities and is thus deemed to have acquired the
voting rights associated with the above shares according to article 10 (a) of
law 3556/2007 and point 1.2.2. (a) of the Circular no. 33 of the Hellenic
Capital Market Commission.
