CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Board has opted not to limit the acceptance of the number of shares tendered for purchase in respect of the Company's March 2022 tender.

The number of shares by class validly tendered by shareholders in the March 2022 tender and the percentage of class shares in issue represented by these tenders as at the March 2022 Tender Record Date, are included below:

Subsequent Tenders

Pursuant to the announcement of the Company's annual financial report today, it is noted that the Company's 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on or around 6 May 2022. The next tender circular will be published alongside the 2022 AGM Notice.

This announcement should be read in conjunction with the Company's most-recent circular and the announcement on Monday 6 April 2020 in relation to the proposed changes to the Contractual Quarterly Tender facility.

Terms defined in the Company's prospectus dated 29 March 2019 have the same meaning in this announcement unless otherwise defined.
