ContentFilm Plc announces that it posted the shareholders notice of the Annual 
General Meeting on September 30 2009, together with the Annual Report. The AGM 
will be held at the offices of Olswang LLP, 90 High Holborn, London WC1V 6XX on 
28 October 2009, commencing at 10.30 a.m. The AGM will be followed by an EGM to 
consider the Company's position in accordance with Section 142 Companies Act 
1985, the details of which are included in the letter to shareholders 
accompanying the EGM Notice.
