    Canadian Health Approval


    Further to the announcement made on the 14 April 2008, the Company is pleased to announce that it has now received the required medical
device licence from the Canadian Health Authority for an additional laser product, the Nlite-V Laser, allowing the Company to sell this
product in Canada.

    Peter McGuinness, Executive Chairman, commented: "We are pleased to receive the anticipated outcome for another product by the Canadian
Health Authority. The Board had no doubt that this result would be reached due to the stringent testing of our products and now we have
approval for both the Chromolite-S and Nlite-V we look forward to the contribution that the sale of these products in Canada will add to our
revenues."
