Change of Lead Manager



Chameleon Trust plc (or "the Company") is pleased to announce today the
appointment by Revera Asset Management Ltd ("Revera"), the Company's Investment
Manager, of Stephen Grant as the lead individual responsible for the Company's
investment portfolio.  Stephen joined Revera in October 2006 and after a period
of familiarisation with the Company, its portfolio and its objectives, Revera
has decided that this is an appropriate time for Stephen to take full
responsibility for the Company's investment portfolio.



Before joining Revera, Stephen Grant had a very successful nine year period
running the award-winning ISIS Smaller Companies Trust plc.



Martin Ritchie, Chairman of Chameleon Trust plc, said of the appointment;
