Directors' fees

During the 12 months to 31 December 2011 the Company's assets more than doubled through growth in the net asset value and share issuance. To reflect the increased level of work undertaken by the board in connection with the growth in the size of the Company, as provided for in the Prospectus dated 6 December 2011, the Company has resolved to increase the maximum level of directors' remuneration by 10 per cent for the financial year ending 31 December 2012, to an aggregate maximum of EUR 235,950 (excluding taxes and withholdings).
