Director's Dealings: Security over shares 
 
Michael Robinson, a director of the Company, discloses that, through a single 
agreement and as security, he has pledged 6,285,250 ordinary shares of 2 pence in the 
Company ("Ordinary Shares") against a personal loan facility. 
 
Michael Robinson (and trusts of which Mr Robinson and his family are potential 
beneficiaries) hold 6,285,250 Ordinary Shares (representing 26.1 per cent. of 
the issued share capital of the Company). The Company's issued share capital 
comprises 24,107,676 ordinary shares of 2 pence each.
