                 Clarification on Regulatory Capital position 
 
On 20 July 2010, the Company released an announcement stating that the 
Directors' believed that sufficient funds had been provided to meet the 
Company's regulatory capital requirements. 
 
Whilst this remains the Directors' belief, the Company remains in discussions 
with the FSA about a number of issues, including its regulatory capital 
requirements. The Company would also like to clarify that the loans have not 
yet been approved by the FSA. 
 
A further update will be made to the market in due course.
