As required by sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 and rule 15 of the
AIM Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 18 March 2002 that City Equities Limited, acting in
principal, sold of 745,000 Ordinary Shares, to its private clients, reducing
their holding to 3,220,000 Ordinary Shares of 1.5p.

The Company was notified on 20 March 2002 that City Equities Limited, acting in
principal, sold of 1,740,000 Ordinary Shares, to its private clients and they
now holds 1,480,000 Ordinary Shares of 1.5p, representing approximately 2.88 per
cent of the Company's issued share capital.
