    Further to the announcement, Amendment of Warrant Terms of 10 July 2008, the Company announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting
of the holders of 'B' Warrants of Caplay held today, the ordinary resolution to amend the final subscription date of the 'B' Warrants, which
is to be extended from 1 December 2008 to 1 December 2013, was duly passed.
