    Board Changes

    Caplay announces that Patrick Claridge, Non-executive Director, is to step down with effect from Monday 1 September 2008, in order to
devote additional time to his other corporate commitments. This resignation also includes Patrick's role and involvement with Caplay Canada
Inc.
    Michael Feltham, Non-executive Director, has also tendered his resignation and will step down from the Board with the effect from Monday
1 September 2008.
    Tony Fabrizi, Chairman, commented: 
    "I would like to take this opportunity and thank both Patrick and Michael for their significant contribution to the Company over the
years they have served on the Board and wish them every success in their future endeavours." 

    Following these changes the composition of the Board is as follows:
    Anthony Fabrizi, Chairman
    Leo Knifton, Non-executive Director
