Continuing Suspension

City & Merchant Group plc hopes to have its audited annual report and
accounts and also interim accounts available by the end of August
2008.  When the accounts of the Group are available, the ordinary
shares will be restored to trading and discussions are in hand to
appoint a Corporate Adviser to the Company on restoration.
