Issue of Equity
CarbonDesk announces that the Company has today issued 236,363
ordinary shares at a price of 5.5
pence per share for the settlement of professional fees.
As a result, Peterhouse Corporate Finance Limited, the Company's
PLUS Advisor, is directly and indirectly interested in 1,631,363
ordinary shares representing 9.89% of the issued share capital of
the Company.
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules,
the Board of CarbonDesk confirms that the Company has 16,487,792
shares of 5p in issue carrying voting rights.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required
to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the
announcement.
