                                Issue of Options


Cobra announces that on the 26 May 2006, that the following options were granted
under the company's share option plan;

J Geertman and Dr Godfrey Ainsworth (the options to be issued in the name of
Gambit Corporate Finance as agreed), in their capacity as members of the
Investment Advisory Panel ('IAP'), have been granted options over 10,000 shares
each. The options are exercisable at a price of 30.17 pence per 1p Ordinary
Share, the exercise period of option to be from 26 November 2006 until 26 May
2016.

It was confirmed that following the dissolution of the IAP earlier in the year,
the options now being issued to the members of the IAP were the final ones that
would be issued.
