July 2006 Cobra Capital Limited ("Cobra") had an interest in 4,900,000 ordinary
shares of 2.5p each in the Company, representing 6.83% of the issued share
capital of the Company.


This represents the entire holding of Cobra in the issued share capital of the
Company.
