                        Notification of Interim Results


CODA plc, the finance systems specialist quoted on the Alternative Investment
Market (AIM: CODA), will be announcing its interim results for the six months
ending 30 June 2007 on Thursday 13 September 2007.

A presentation for analysts will be held at Tower 42, 25 Old Broad Street,
London EC2, at 12.00pm on that day.
