The board are pleased to announce the appointment of Roland Middleton Ayling as
an executive director of the Company.  Roland, 48, has also been appointed a
director of the Company's wholly owned trading subsidiary, Green Symbol Limited.
Both appointments were made today and are effective immediately.



Roland has over 30 years experience in the leisure and tourism sector.  He has
been general manager of a range of hotels managing all aspects of operations.



Roland currently holds 270,833 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in Crucial Plan,
representing 0.99% of the Company's issued share capital. Roland does not
currently hold any other directorships, nor has he held any other directorships
within the last five years.



There are no other matters which are required to be announced with regard to
these appointments under paragraph (f) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
