    Change of Directorate

    The Board of Close Brothers Protected VCT PLC announces that, with effect from 31 December 2008,  Christopher Holdsworth-Hunt and Giles
Pitman will be retiring from the Board as Directors. 

    The Board would like to thank Mr Holdsworth-Hunt and Mr Pitman for their invaluable contributions to the Company.

    Modwenna Rees-Mogg and Ebbe Dinesen will be appointed Directors of the Board of Close Brothers Protected  VCT PLC with effect from 31
December 2008.
