Partners LLP, in order to comply with AIFMD regulatory requirements. 
 
   As a consequence, on 6 January 2014, the Board of Core VCT plc approved 
the termination of the existing Management Deed and Administration Deed 
with Core Capital LLP and appointed Core Capital Partners LLP.  This 
does not affect the terms, conditions or costs of the services provided 
to Core VCT plc.
