Final Dividend 
 
As set out in the Company's preliminary results announcement made on 25 November 
2009, Ciref confirms  the following dates relating to the final dividend payment 
of 1.31 pence per ordinary share for the twelve month  period ended 30 September 
2009: 
 
 
Ex-dividend date: 16 December 2009 
 
 
Record date: 18 December 2009 
 
 
Payment date: 10 February 2010 (subject to approval at the AGM) 
 
 
 
 
The dividend will be offered to Ciref shareholders, as at the record date above, 
as a scrip dividend with the ability to elect to receive a cash dividend 
alternative. Further details surrounding the terms of the scrip dividend will be 
set out in the notice of the AGM, which will be sent to shareholders in due 
course.
