The board of Ciref announces that following the approval of the relevant 
resolution at its Annual General Meeting held yesterday, the Company has changed 
its accounting reference date to 31 August from 30 September. 
 
 
Accordingly, the Company's current financial year will now end on 31 August 2010 
rather than 30 September 2010 and it will announce unaudited interim results for 
the five months ending 28 February 2010.  The change of accounting reference 
date has been made to align Ciref's year end with that of its majority 
shareholder Redefine Income Fund Limited.
