DIRECTORATE CHANGES

Following the declaration that the offer for Corin Group PLC (LSE: CRG, "Corin" or the "Group") has been declared wholly unconditional, Corin today announces that Peter Huntley, Linda Wilding and David Young have resigned and that Stefano Alfonsi has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and acting Chairman with immediate effect.

Stefano Alfonsi has many years' experience at senior management level in the healthcare sector, including at Johnson and Johnson, DePuy and Covidien and most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Lima Corporate.

Stefano Alfonsi is currently employed by the medical devices company Inion OY. Stefano will work for Corin following a short transitional period.

In addition, Marco Fumagalli, Enrico Amo and Pierluca Antolini, all of whom are director of 2IL Orthopaedics Limited, have all been appointed to the Board of Corin as non-executive directors.

Enrico Amo is a non-executive director of DiaSorin S.p.A, a company incorporated under the laws of Italy and listed on the Milan Stock Exchange.

There is no other information to be disclosed under Paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
