    Total Voting Rights

    The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it has received an exercise of options notification from a former employee of the
Company for 1,000,000 options at the exercise price of 15p per ordinary share (the "Notification"). Pursuant to the Notification, the
Company has issued 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company. Application will be made for the 1,000,000 new ordinary shares
to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 25 November 2008.

    Following the issuance and admission of the new ordinary shares, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 83,447,229.
