As set out in the Offer Document of 2 June 2010 and further to the Offer 
becoming unconditional in all respects, the non-executive chairman of Castle, 
Christopher Mills, and the non-executive directors of Castle, David Banks and 
Colin Keith, have all resigned from the Castle Board with immediate effect.
